SURF AND YOGA RETREAT PACKAGE

Everyone is welcome at our Yoga and Surf retreat!

Is there a better way to prepare the mind and body for the sea challenge than to relax and stretch in one of our yoga classes? Currently, the surf camp offers yoga 6 Sunset yoga sessions on our beautiful rooftop. We offer 3 types of yoga, so you can easily find a class that suits your mood as well as your body. Take a moment to give our body and mind full concentration. Stay here now and wait an hour for other issues and thoughts. Pay worthy attention to your body and mind.

DAILY SCHEDULE

• 8-9 am: Delicious breakfast buffet
• 9 am: Departure for the surf course, With your surf coach, explore the endless Moroccan coastline and find the right surf spot for your ability. Surfing may start earlier or later depending on the conditions.
• 10~12am: Start your surf lesson. Some days we may wait a bit until the tide and swell are just right.
• 12 am: Lunch break on the beach after the morning surf session
• 12:30 am: there will be a fresh picnic on the beach prepared by us to recharge your batteries.
• 1:30 pm: Beach time! Your instructor will supervise a free surf lesson and you'll have a lot of fun and get to deepen what you've been learning.
• 4 pm: Head back to the camp, and take your time to relax
• 6~7pm: Sunset yoga or sunset surf
• 8 pm: You will have a delicious, and traditional dinner during the beautiful sunsets and enjoy a delicious homemade meal
